welcome to outside noise

DIY music scenes are heterogenous and always in flux, so it’s impossible for any one person to follow the constant release of new music from the tidal wave of emerging artists. In light of this, Outside Noise digs through the big beautiful record bin of internet streaming services to shed light on some brand new music that helps represent the broader DIY culture.

Daily album reviews as well as zines, cassette tapes, merch, and a newsletter are all made in-house. We also have a Patreon with a weekly podcast and discord server, so there are plenty of ways to keep your eye on brand new weird ass music. Follow along to discover new worlds of underground music every day
